Service Description
Unwind your braided style the right way—with care, patience, and a complete refresh. Our Braid Take Down service is designed to safely remove your braids while protecting your natural hair, followed by a cleansing and blowout to leave your strands soft, detangled, and ready for your next look. Each braid is gently taken down to minimize breakage and shed hair, then your scalp is cleansed and your hair is thoroughly washed to remove buildup. We finish with a moisturizing conditioner and a tension-free blowout that stretches your natural texture while preserving its health. Includes: Gentle braid removal Light detangling during takedown Clarifying shampoo and moisturizing conditioner Blowout using heat-protectant products Prep for next style (styling service can be added) Because healthy hair starts with a gentle takedown and a fresh foundation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy : We kindly request that any appointment cancellation be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations on the same day will incur a $20 fee during the next visit. Payments policy: We accept payments in various forms excluding cash, cards, apple pay, and cash app. Additionally, you have the option to pay for your services in full at the time of booking your appointments. Appointments: A $20 deposit is required upon booking your appointment, which will be credited towards your total service cost upon completion of the appointment. If your appoint is a no call/ no show your card on file will be charged 50% of overall service cost. Later Arrivals: Acknowledging the unpredictability of life, we extend a grace period of 20 min to our valued clients, should circumstance require additional time, we kindly ask that you notify your stylist respecting both their schedule and that of other patrons.
