Service Description
How to Prepare for Your Starter Locs Consultation To ensure the best experience and most accurate assessment, please arrive with your hair in the following condition: Clean Hair: Gently cleansed, with little to no product applied. Avoid heavy creams, gels, or oils. Lightly Styled: Hair can be worn in a single ponytail or pre-sectioned if preferred. Detangled & Natural: Your hair should be detangled and in its natural state—free of heat styling or manipulation. Proper preparation helps me evaluate your scalp and hair health and sets the foundation for a successful loc journey.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy : We kindly request that any appointment cancellation be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations on the same day will incur a $20 fee during the next visit. Payments policy: We accept payments in various forms excluding cash, cards, apple pay, and cash app. Additionally, you have the option to pay for your services in full at the time of booking your appointments. Appointments: A $20 deposit is required upon booking your appointment, which will be credited towards your total service cost upon completion of the appointment. If your appoint is a no call/ no show your card on file will be charged 50% of overall service cost. Later Arrivals: Acknowledging the unpredictability of life, we extend a grace period of 20 min to our valued clients, should circumstance require additional time, we kindly ask that you notify your stylist respecting both their schedule and that of other patrons.
